This specimen was lot 1054 in Jean Elsen sale 110 (Brussels, September 2011) where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted,

"ALLEMAGNE, SAXE, August (1553-1586), AR Taler, 1577 HB, Dresde. Droit : B. cuirassé à droite, tenant une épée sur l'épaule. Revers : Ecu orné sous trois heaumes. Nettoyé. Superbe.
