This specimen was lot 4909 in Künker sale 441 (Osnabrück, March 2026), where it sold for €7,500 (about US$10,318 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"RÖMISCH-DEUTSCHES REICH, Franz II., 1792-1804. 1/2 Konv.-Taler 1794 A, Wien, für Ungarn. Von großer Seltenheit. Prachtexemplar. Feine Patina, min. justiert, fast Stempelglanz. Aus der Sammlung Kommerzialrat Dr. Herbert Wenzel, Wien. Exemplar der Auktion H. D. Rauch 24, Wien 1979, Nr. 1629. (Holy Roman Empire, Francis II, 1792-1804, half convention thaler of 1794, Vienna mint, struck for Hungary. Extremely rare, choice example, fine patina, minor adjustment marks, about uncirculated.)"
