This specimen was lot 76546 in Stack's Bowers Collectors Choice sale (Costa Mesa, CA, September 2025), where it sold for $780. The catalog description<sup>[1]</sup> noted, "[[Netherlands|NETHERLANDS]]. [[Netherlands, Westfriesland|West Friesland]]. 2 Stuivers, 1676. Enkhuizen Mint. PCGS MS-63. Bank Payment issue." [[Westfriesland 1676 stuiver|Stuivers]] and double stuivers were struck under contract by Dirk Bosch 1673-78; this subtype was issued 1676-77. The "B P" stands for "Bank Payment" but we don't know why it was added to the design. Other billon coinage included ''scheepjesschellings'' (KM 73).
