This specimen was lot 1797 in Sincona sale 38 (Zürich, May 2017), where it sold for 3,400 CHF (about US$4,078 including buyer's fees). The catalog description<sup>[1]</sup> noted, <blockquote>"''Ferdinand III. 1637-1657 Dukat 1650. Breslau Münzwardein G. Hübner. Selten. Gutes vorzüglich.'' (Holy Roman Empire, Ferdinand III, 1637-57, ducat of 1650, Breslau mint. Rare. Good extremely fine.)"</blockquote> This scarce type was struck for Silesia 1637-57.
