This specimen was lot 1527 in Sincona sale 18 (Zürich, May 2014), where it sold for CHF 100 (about US$132 including buyer's fees). The catalog description<sup>[1]</sup> noted, <blockquote>"''Konventionstaler 1791. Dresden. Sehr schön-gutes sehr schön.'' (Electorate of Saxony, convention thaler of 1791, very fine.)"</blockquote> This type is noted for 1791-92 and is common.
