This specimen was lot 3740 in Künker sale 294 (Osnabrück, Germany, July 2017), where it sold for €1,100 (about US$1,483 including buyer's fees). The catalog description<sup>[1]</sup> noted, <blockquote>"''SACHSEN, KURFÜRSTENTUM, Albrecht als Herzog, 1486-1500. Goldgulden o. J. Leipzig. GOLD. Sehr schön. Exemplar der Slg. Bernhard Terletzki.'' ([[Germany]], electorate of [[German States, Saxony|Saxony]], Albrecht as duke, 1486-1500, undated goldgulden, Leipzig mint. Very fine.)"</blockquote> This is the first goldgulden of Albertine Saxony; only Fr-2927, issued by the Ernestine branch, is older.
