This specimen was lot 6059 in Künker sale 354 (Osnabrück, Germany, September 2021), where it sold for €1,200 (about US$1,670 including buyer's fees). The catalog description<sup>[1]</sup> noted, <blockquote>"''MONACO, FÜRSTENTUM, Honoré II. 1604-1662. Izelotte (28 Sols) o. J. Imitation eines Guldens von Emden. R Vorzüglich.'' (principality of [[Monaco]], Honorius II, 1604-62, undated 28 sols, imitation of a gulden of Emden. Rare, extremely fine.)

<p>''Diese Silbermünze wurde von diversen italienischen Numismatikern dem Herzog von Modena, Francesco I. d'Este (1629-1658) zugeschrieben. Neuere Forschungen von Christian Charlet und Francesco Pastrone ("L' attribution définitive d'un "izelotte" pour le Levant grâce à la découverte d'un document d'archives inédit, in: Bulletin de la Société Française de Numismatique 71, 2016, S. 352-357) haben aufgrund archivalischer Quellen ergeben, daß das interessante Stück wohl als Prägung des Fürsten Honoré II. von Monaco anzusehen ist.'' (This silver coin was attributed to the Duke of Modena, Francesco I. d'Este (1629-1658) by various Italian numismatists.
