This specimen was lot 202 in Sincona sale 54 (Zürich, May 2019), where it sold for 500 CHF (about US$595 including buyer's fees). The catalog description<sup>[1]</sup> noted, <blockquote>"''Frankfurt, Stadt, Dukat 1745. Auf die Wahl von Franz I. Fast vorzüglich. Prägeschwäche und etwas gewellt, kleiner Kratzer.'' ([[Germany]], city of Frankfurt, ducat of 1745, on the election of Francis I. About extremely fine, Some weakly struck areas and slightly wavy, tiny scratches.)"</blockquote> This rare type accompanied a 3/4 ducat ([[Frankfurt 1745 3/4 ducat Fr-1010|KM 202]]), another single ducats ([[Frankfurt 1745 ducat Fr-1006|KM 203]]) and a 1¼ ducat (KM 205).
