This specimen was lot 1141 in Jean Elsen sale 147 (Brussels, June 2021), where it sold for €5,200 (about US$7,600 including buyer's fees). The catalog description<sup>[1]</sup> noted, <blockquote>"''VLAANDEREN, Graafschap, Philips de Stoute (1384-1404), AV dubbele gouden helm, 1386-1387, Gent. Vz/ Wapenschilden van Bourgondië en Vlaanderen onder twee naar elkaar gekeerde toernooihelmen. Kz/ Gebloemd kruis in een vierpas met roosjes in de hoeken. Zeer zeldzaam Drukspoor aan de rand. Zeer Fraai. Uit onze veiling 59, 20 september 1999, 1863.'' ([[Netherlands, Spanish|county of Flanders]], Philip the Bold, 1384-1404, gold double helm of 1386-87, Ghent mint. Obverse: helmeted arms of Burgundy and Flanders; reverse: floriate cross in quadrilobe, rosettes in the spandrels. Very rare, mount mark on the edge. Het Gents munthuis, gesloten sedert 1379, werd heropend ten gevolge van de ordonnanties van 18 april en 29 oktober 1386.
