This specimen was lot 22283 in Stack's Bowers ANA sale (Anaheim, CA, August 2016), where it sold for $80. The catalog description<sup>[1]</sup> noted, "FINLAND. 500 Markkaa, 1952-H. NGC MS-64. A pleasing example with a white lustrous obverse and warm almond peripheral toning on the reverse." This issue of 1951-52 is the first coin to bear the Olympic logo but, sadly, not the last.
