This specimen was lot 22632 in Stack's Bowers NYINC sale (New York, January 2020), where it did not sell. The catalog description<sup>[1]</sup> noted, "[[Germany|GERMANY]]. [[German States, Prussia|Prussia]]. 3 Mark, 1910-A. Berlin Mint. PCGS MS-65+ Gold Shield. Commemorating the 100th anniversary of Berlin University, this superlative Gem offers tremendous luster and radiance, along with some deeper areas of iridescence scattered throughout." This commemorative is fairly common. The regular issue three mark ([[Prussia 1909-A 3 mark|KM 527]]) was also issued in 1910.
