This specimen was part of lot 1207 in Stack's Bowers ANA auction (Chicago, August 2014), which sold for $__. The catalog description[1] noted, "KEELING COCOS ISLANDS. 5 Cents to 5 Rupees Denomination Set, 1913. KM-Tn1-Tn7. 7 pieces in lot. A complete set issued by Captain John Clunies-Ross. An interesting group, highly collectible. Serial numbers as follows: 5 Cents, 1564; 10 Cents, 1190; 25 Cents, 2172; 50 Cents, 143; Rupee, 1444; 2 Rupees, 206; and 5 Rupees, 396. RARELY seen as a whole set at auction. Especially nice quality as these are often found with many dings or bit marks from teeth. VERY FINE."
