This specimen was lot 22737 in Stack's Bowers ANA sale (Philadelphia, August 2018), where it sold for $288. The catalog description[1] noted, "GERMANY. Schwarzburg-Sondershausen. 3 Mark, 1909-A. Arnstadt Mint. NGC PROOF-61. KM-154. Struck to commemorate the death of Karl Gunther and from a mintage of only 200 pieces. Extreme reflectivity exists in the fields and soft frost adorns the highpoints. Lightly toned on both sides."
16.67 g, .900 fine silver, m. 70,000 plus 200 proofs. fairly common.
