This specimen was lot 1695 in Jean Elsen sale 117 (Brussels, June 2013), where it sold for €110 (about US$173 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"ALLEMAGNE, SAXE, Friedrich August III (1763-1806), AR Taler, 1792 IEC, Dresde. Emission du Vicariat de l'Empire. Droit: B. drapé et cuirassé à droite. Revers: Aigle impériale éployée, l'écu de Saxe sur la poitrine. Schnee, 1091; Dav-2700. 27,88 g. Nettoyé. Très Beau. (Germany, Saxony, Frederick August III (1763-1806), silver thaler of 1792, Dresden mint, vicariat issue. Obverse: draped and armored bust to right; reverse: imperial eagle displayed bearing the arms of Saxony. Cleaned very fine.)"
