This specimen was lot 20193 in Stack's Bowers ANA sale (Philadelphia, August 2018), where it sold for $1,200. The catalog description[1] noted, "AUSTRIA. Salzburg. Taler, 1649. Paris Graf von Londron (1619-53). NGC MS-64. KM-87; Dav-3504. Impressively detailed with bold reflective characteristics in the fields and additive olive golden tone that concentrates towards the edges. SCARCE and highly desirable quality for any 17th century Taler, with this coin being the single finest graded of the type at NGC."
