This specimen was lot 1356 in Jean Elsen sale 133 (Brussels, June 2017), where it sold for €800 (about US$1,057 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"RUSSIE, U.R.S.S. (1917-1991), platine 150 roubles, 1978. Jeux olympiques de Moscou. Discobole. Fr-183. Ecrin et certificat. Flan poli. (Russia, Soviet Union, 1917-91, platinum 150 rubles of 1978, for the Moscow Olympic Games, discus throwing, with box and certificate, proof.)"
KM Y163, 15.54 g, .999 fine platinum, m. 13,000 plus an unknown number of proofs. Leningrad mint. 150 rubles struck to this standard until 1991.
