This specimen was lot 111 in Sincona sale 46 (Zurich, May 2018), where it sold for 5,500 CHF (about US$6,600 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"Brandenburg/Prussia, Friedrich II. 1740-1786. Friedrichs dor 1752 B, Breslau. Brustbild im Harnisch mit Ordensband und Kreuz nach rechts. Rv. Gekrönter Adler auf Schild mit B zwischen Fahnen und Waffen, im Abschnitt die geteilte Jahreszahl 17 - 52. 6.62 g. Olding 413a Anm. III. Kluge zu 42.3 (dort mit 3 Spitzen). Fr-2400. Sehr seltene Variante mit 2 Spitzen auf jeder Seite der Waffengruppe. Fast vorzüglich. Winzige Prüfspur am Rand. (kingdom of Prussia, Frederick II, 1740-86, frederick d'or of 1752, Breslau mint. Obverse: armored bust with sash and cross to right; reverse: crowned eagle rising over piled arms. Very rare variety with two spears poking out of the piled arms. About extremely fine, Minimal test mark on the edge.)"
