This specimen was lot 674 in Jean Elsen sale 132 (Brussels, March 2017), where it sold for €100 (about US$127 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"ITALIE, ETATS PONTIFICAUX, Occupation autrichienne (1799-1800), cu 3 baiocchi, s.d., Ronciglione. D/ B. de la Vierge à g. R/ Vue de la ville incendiée. Munt. 2; Berman 3216. Beau. (Italy, Pontifical State, Austrian occupation (1799-1800), copper three baiocchi, undated, Ronciglione mint. Obverse: bust of the Virgin to left; reverse: view of the burning city. Fine.)"
Commoner of two types issued by the Austrians (3215, 3216). Can't find it in the SCWC.
