This specimen was lot 624 in Jean Elsen sale 132 (Brussels, March 2017), where it sold for €60 (about US$76 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"ITALIE, ETATS PONTIFICAUX, Innocent XII (1691-1700), (Antonio Pignatelli), AR giulio, 1697, an 7, Rome. D/ Armoiries. R/ Dans un cartouche orné: ELEVAT/ PAVPEREM. Munt. 59; Berman 2261. 2,88 g. Très Beau. (Italy, Pontifical State, Innocent XII (1691-1700), silver giulio of 1697, year 7, Rome mint. Obverse: arms; reverse: motto in ornate cartouche. Very fine.)"
