This specimen was lot 618 in Jean Elsen sale 132 (Brussels, March 2017), where it sold for €320 (about US$405 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"ITALIE, ETATS PONTIFICAUX, Siège vacant (1691), (Camerlengo Card. Paluzzo Paluzzi-Altieri), AR grosso, 1691, Rome. D/ Armoiries du cardinal camerlingue. R/ La colombe de l'Esprit Saint dans une nuée. Munt. 6; Berman 2205. 1,53 g. Très Beau à Superbe. (Italy, Pontifical State, sede vacante, silver grosso of 1691, Rome mint. Obverse: arms of the camerlengo; reverse: the dove of the Holy Spirit soars above the clouds. Very fine to Extremely Fine.)"
