This specimen was lot 610 in Jean Elsen sale 132 (Brussels, March 2017), where it sold for €90 (about US$114 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"ITALIE, ETATS PONTIFICAUX, Innocent XI (1676-1689), (Benedetto Odescalchi), AR teston, 1684, Rome. D/ Ecu dans un cartouche orné, sous la tiare et les clés. R/ Dans un cartouche orné: MELIVS/ EST DARE/ QVAM/ ACCIPERE. Munt. 81; Berman 2102. 9,01 g. Très Beau. (Italy, Pontifical State, Innocent XI (1676-89), silver testone of 1684, Rome mint. Obverse: ornate arms, crossed keys and tiara above; reverse: motto in ornate cartouche. Very fine.)"
