This specimen was lot 562 in Jean Elsen sale 132 (Brussels, March 2017), where it sold for €80 (about US$101 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"ITALIE, ETATS PONTIFICAUX, Paul IV (1555-1559), (Gianpietro Carafa), AR giulio, s.d., Ancône. D/ L'écu du pape sous les clés et la tiare. R/ Saint Paul deb. de f., ten. une épée et la Bible. Munt. 40; Berman 1046. 3,11 g Double frappe. Très Beau. (Italy, Pontifical State, Paul IV (1555-59), silver giulio, undated, Ancona mint. Obverse: arms below crossed keys and tiara; reverse: St. Paul standing, bearing a sword and a Bible. Double struck, very fine.)"
