This specimen was lot 542 in Jean Elsen sale 132 (Brussels, March 2017), where it sold for €240 (about US$304 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

R/ + ROMA CAPVT MVNDI SPQR Clés en sautoir sous l'écu de Condulmer. Munt. 8; Berman 303. 3,15 g Rare. Beau à Très Beau. (Italy, Pontifical State, Eugenius IV (1431-47), silver grosso, Rome mint. Obverse: enthroned pope, facing, holding a crozier; reverse: crossed keys, arms of Condulmer above. Rare, fine to very fine.)"
