This specimen was lot 3194 in Sincona sale 39 (Zurich, May 2017), where it sold for __ CHF (about US$___ including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"Nurnberg, Stadt, Doppeltaler o. J. (1711). Titel Karl VI. Stempel von G. Hautsch, 1683-1712. Münzmeister G. F. Nürnberger 1677-1716. Stadtansicht von Westen. Laubrand. 58.03 g. Kellner 228. Dav-2478. Sehr selten. Vorzüglich. (city of Nuremberg, undated double thaler struck in the name of Charles VI. Very rare. Extremely fine.)"
