This specimen was lot 70371 in Stack's Bowers Collector's Choice sale (Santa Ana, CA, May 2018), where it sold for $60. The catalog description[1] noted, "CANADA. Newfoundland. 5 Cents, 1941-C. PCGS MS-64 Secure Holder. KM-19. Lovely smooth satiny surfaces with a nice cartwheel effect. Light toning, more evident on the reverse. An attractive example sure to please."
1.17 g, .925 fine silver, m. 621,641, struck 1938-43, this date common.
