This specimen was part of lot 28185 in Heritage sale 3024 (Chicago, April 2013), which sold for $282. The catalog description[1] noted, "Half Dozen Coins, Tokens and a Medal, Each grading approximately EF or EF+ are: 5 Escudos 1935, 2 1/2 Escudos 1936, Escudo 1936 (shows at $150), Fifty Centavos 1936 (shows $125), 20 Centavos 1941 and 10 Centavos 1936. A large Sena Sugar Estates Limited 4 Luabo was later marked with four piercings; this may be from Salgado & Pascoal issue. Two examples of the scarce KM-25 Two Reis 1853, struck for circulation in Mozambique, have a deep incused 'P' c/m, likely for some local farm. Final is a token-like item which indicates 'Medal' and value '20' plus GBC. Quality is likely typical, attributions of the tokens is tentative. From The Dana Roberts Collection and Study Group."
