This specimen was lot 30222 in Heritage sale 3037 (New York, January 2015), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted, "Milan. Philip IIII of Spain gold 2 Doppie 1630 MS61 NGC, KM 49, Fr-724. A one-year type featuring the high-collared bust of Philip III with a crowned shield of 4-fold arms. Somewhat crudely struck and with minor flan flaws and traces of deposits. Even so, a piece of great interest, greatly appealing as such. Ex. Huntington Collection."
