This specimen was lot 429 in Künker sale 263 (Osnabrück, June 2015), where it sold for €3,000 (about US$3,876 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"Magdeburg, STADT Breiter Reichstaler 1673. Dav-5526; v. Schr. 978. Von großer Seltenheit. Hübsche Patina, winz. Schrötlingsfehler am Rand, sehr schön. Exemplar der Auktion Fritz Rudolf Künker 98, Osnabrück 2005, Nr. 3900. (city of Magdeburg, wide thaler of 1673. Of the greatest rarity, nice toning, minor edge cracks, very fine. From Kunker sale 98, lot 3900.)"
