not Prague (standing figure of the emperor), not Kuttenberg (same), not Brunn (mintmark B). Neisse is the river dividing Poland from Germany since 1945. The town of Neisse is in central Silesia and briefly harbored a mint 1622-25. KM 141/Dav-3165 was struck there in 1624 and is rare, similar to KM 129.4/Dav-3154 struck in Breslau.
