This specimen was lot 1534 in Jean Elsen sale 136 (Brussels, March 2018), where it sold for €130 (about US$191 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"ITALIE, SAVOIE et SARDAIGNE, Victor Emmanuel II (1849-1861), AR 5 lire, 1851P, Gênes. Mont-43; Gig-32. Nettoyé. presque Très Beau. (Italy, kingdom of Sardinia, Victor Emanuel II, 1849-61, silver five lire of 1851, Genoa mint. Cleaned, about very fine.)"
KM 144.2, m. 316,316, a common date of a scarce type. also Turin.
