This specimen was lot 853 in Stephen Album sale 30 (Santa Rosa, CA, January 2018), where it sold for $822.50. The catalog description[1] noted, "IRAN: Reza Shah, 1925-1941, AR 2000 dinars, SH1306-H, KM-1104, Heaton mint specimen strike, NGC graded Proof 63, R. Only 40 specimen pieces struck and thus rare."
