This specimen was lot 31042 in Heritage sale 3049 (Long Beach, September 2016), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted, "Awadh. Ghazi al-Din Haidar gold Ashrafi AH 1237 Year 3 (1822) AU58 NGC, Lucknow mint, KM 170.2, Fr-1008. Well-struck and very lightly circulated, this example retains bold details and much residual luster. A smattering of tiny contact marks are noted, but have little negative impact on the major design elements. This date is unlisted in either catalog reference above."
