This specimen was lot 41099 in Stack's Bowers NYINC sale (New York, January 2019), where it sold for $2,040. The catalog description[1] noted, "HUNGARY. Gold Restrike 20 Korona, 1918-KB (2010). Kremnitz Mint. NGC PROOF-69 CAMEO. Fr-259; KM-500. From a mintage of only 100 pieces. Essentially perfect with reflective, mirror-like fields and stunningly contrasted raised designs. A key modern issue due to the rarity of the original striking, it being the only date for the design to be issued in the name of Karl I. From the Collection of Dr. James Eustace Bizzell, II."
