This specimen was lot 3661 in Künker sale 264 (Osnabrück, June 2015), where it sold for €2,800 (about US$3,617 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"BRAUNSCHWEIG-CALENBERG-HANNOVER, AB 1815 KÖNIGREICH HANNOVER Ernst August, 1837-1851. 5 Taler 1849, B. 6.65 g. Divo/S. 108; Fr-1176; Schl. 413. GOLD. Vorzüglich-Stempelglanz. (kingdom of Hannover, Ernest Augustus, 1837-51, five thalers of 1849, extremely fine to uncirculated.)"
