This specimen was lot 29711 in Heritage sale 3037 (New York, January 2015), where it sold for $1,410. The catalog description[1] noted, "Victoria Gothic Florin 1860 MS64+ PCGS, Royal mint, KM 746.1, S-3891. The second finest graded by PCGS, with two finer graded by NGC. A dark toning spot behind the head of Victoria is the only thing that distracts the eye very attractive piece. Steel-gray toning with subtle blue iridescence and underlying luster make this a really premium example of the type."
