This specimen was lot 22482 in Stack's Bowers ANA sale (Philadelphia, August 2018), where it sold for $384. The catalog description[1] noted, "GERMANY. 2 Mark, 1934-F. PCGS PROOF-65 CAMEO. KM-84. Struck to commemorate the 175th anniversary of the birth of Friedrich Schiller. Strong mottled olive and gold toning dominates on the obverse with evidence of deeply reflective fields throughout."
8 g, .625 fine silver, 27 mm diameter, m. 300,000 plus proofs plus five mark (KM 85). last non-Nazi theme commemorative.
