This specimen was lot 614 in Sedwick Treasure Auction 21 (Winter Park, FL, May 2017), where it sold for $188. The catalog description[1] noted, "France (Rouen mint), ecu, Louis XV, 1726-B. KM-486.3. 27.61 grams. Bold VF details and attractively toned, minimal surface corrosion. With original (generic) certificate from the salvagers. Recovered from: Auguste, sunk in 1761 off Nova Scotia, Canada."
