This specimen was lot 20154 in Stack's Bowers 2018 NYINC sale (New York, January 2018), where it sold for $4,080. The catalog description[1] noted, "FRANCE. Agnel d'Or, ND (1st emission, 10 May 1417). Charles VI (1380-1422). NGC MS-64. 2.94 gms. Fr-290; Dupl-372; Ciani-496/7; Laf-380. Struck during the Hundred Years' War. Tied with one other example for finest certified at either NGC or PCGS. Wells struck with good definition of the fine central devices, full legends on the flan though some of the letters are a bit soft. A great example that's lustrous with light attractive tone."
19th point = St. Lo? 2.54 g, .958 fine, 20 s.t. (1st em.). 2nd emission (October 1417) .916 fine. numerous varieties.
