This specimen was lot 802 in Jean Elsen sale 132 (Brussels, March 2017), where it sold for €280 (about US$355 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"FRANCE, Royaume, Louis XV (1715-1774), AR écu de Navarre, 1718K, Bordeaux. D/ B. enfantin à d., l., dr. et cuir. R/ Ecu écartelé de France-Navarre, échancré et couronné. Dupl. 1657; Gad-318. 24,28 g Nettoyé. Légères traces de corrosion. Très Beau. (kingdom of France, Louis XV (1715-74), silver écu of Navarre of 1718, Bordeaux mint. Obverse: draped, cuirassed and laureate infant bust to right; reverse: crowned and quartered arms of France and Navarre. Cleaned, light traces of corrosion, very fine.)"

mintage 1,311,120, a fairly common date. 1718-K écu vertugadin reported but not confirmed.
