This specimen was lot 720 in Jean Elsen sale 132 (Brussels, March 2017), where it sold for €80 (about US$101 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"FRANCE, Royaume, Charles VI (1380-1422), billon double tournois dit "niquet", août 1421, Saint-Quentin (point 16e/17e). D/ Grand lis couronné. R/ Croix pattée. Dupl. 401; Ci. 558; Laf. 417 var. 1,74 g Rare. Très Beau. (kingdom of France, Charles VI (1380-1422), billon double tournois called niquet, August 1421, St.-Quentin mint. Obverse: Large crowned fleur-de-lys; reverse: Maltese cross. Rare, very fine.)"
