This specimen was lot 1387 in Jean Elsen sale 127 (Brussels, December 2015), where it sold for €460 (about US$591 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"FRANCE, Royaume, Louis XV (1715-1774), AV demi-louis d'or aux lunettes, 1733I, Limoges. D/ B. drapé à g., tête nue. R/ Ecus ovales de France et de Navarre sous une couronne. Dupl. 1641; Gad-329. 3,78 g Très rare. Beau à Très Beau. (kingdom of France, Louis XV, 1715-74, half louis d'or of the spectacles of 1733, Limoges mint. Obverse: draped bust to left; reverse: oval arms of France and Navarre, crown above. Very rare, fine to very fine.)"
