This specimen was lot 1440 in Jean Elsen sale 141 (Brussels, June 2019), where it did not sell. The catalog description[1] noted,
"FRANCE, Royaume, Louis XV (1715-1774), AR vingtième d'écu aux rameaux d'olivier, 1727&, Aix-en-Provence. D/ B. habillé à g., décoré de la croix du Saint-Esprit. R/ Ecu de France couronné, entre deux rameaux d'olivier. Dupl-1679; Gad-283. 1,43 g Rare Fines griffes et traces d'ajustage. Belle patine. Très Beau à Superbe. Provient de notre vente 76, 13 septembre 2003, 1571. (kingdom of France, Louis XV, 1715-74, silver 1/20 écu of the olive branches of 1727, Aix mint. Obverse: uniformed bust left, decorated with the Order of the Holy Spirit; reverse: crowned arms of France between two olive branches. Rare, fine scratches and adjustment marks, nice patina, Very Fine - Extremely Fine.)"
