This specimen was lot 1420 in Jean Elsen sale 141 (Brussels, June 2019), where it sold for €1,200 (about US$1590 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"FRANCE, Royaume, Louis XV (1715-1774), AR écu aux huit L, 17249, Rennes. D/ B. jeune, l., dr. et cuir. à d. R/ Croix formée de quatre lis couronnés, cantonnée de huit L. Dupl-1670; Gad-320. 23,42 g Rare Fines traces d'ajustage. Belle patine. presque Superbe. Provient de notre vente 124, 14 mars 2015, 940. (kingdom of France, Louis XV, 1715-74, silver écu of the eight "L's" of 1724, Rennes mint. Obverse: laureate, draped and armored young bust right; reverse: cross formed of four crowned lilies, cantonned with eight "L's". Rare, fine adjustment marks, nice patina, about Extremely Fine.)"
