This specimen was lot 1128 in Jean Elsen sale 141 (Brussels, June 2019), where it sold for €370 (about US$490 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"FRANCE, Royaume, Henri III (1574-1589), AR franc au col fraisé, 1582M, Toulouse. D/ B. l. et cuir. à d. R/ Croix feuillue et fleurdelisée, H en coeur. Dupl-1130A; Ci. 1434; Laf. 970. 13,99 g. Très Beau. (kingdom of France, Henry III, 1574-89, silver franc of the ruffed collar of 1582, Toulouse mint. Obverse: laureate and armored bust right; reverse: leafed and floriate cross, H in the center. Very Fine.)"
Franc d'argent, 14.18 g, .833 fine silver, 20 sols tournois, struck 1575-86. date at bottom of obverse. Dupl-1130: flat collar, Dupl-1130A: ruffed collar.
