This specimen was lot 1121 in Jean Elsen sale 141 (Brussels, June 2019), where it sold for €360 (about US$477 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"FRANCE, Royaume, Henri III (1574-1589), AR teston, 1576M, Toulouse. D/ B. l., dr. et cuir. à d., au col fraisé. R/ Ecu de France couronné, entre deux H couronnés. Dupl-1126; Ci. 1414; Laf. 966. 9,31 g Frappe faible sur la couronne. Beau portrait. Très Beau à Superbe. (kingdom of France, Henry III, 1574-89, silver teston of 1576, Toulouse mint. Obverse: laureate, draped and armored bust right with ruffed collar; reverse: crowned arms between two crowned "H's". Weakly struck over the crown, nice portrait, Very Fine - Extremely Fine.)"

teston, first type, 9.59 g, .899 fine silver, 14 sols 6 deniers tournois, struck 1575-77. Dupl-1126 = ruffed collar; Dupl-1126A = flat collar. date in Roman numerals.
