This specimen was lot 872 in Jean Elsen sale 139 (Brussels, December 2018), where it sold for €950 (about US$1,268 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"FRANCE, Royaume, Louis XIV (1643-1715), AV demi-louis d'or à l'écu, 16919, Rennes. 1e réformation. D/ T. à d., coiffée d'une perruque laurée. R/ Ecu de France couronné. Dupl-1436A; Gad-239. 3,32 g Rare Fines griffes. Beau à Très Beau. (kingdom of France, Louis XIV, 1643-1715, gold half louis of the shield of 1691, Rennes mint, first reformation. Obverse: laureate and peruked head right; reverse: crowned arms of France. Rare, fine scratches, Fine - Very Fine.)"
