This specimen was lot 1062 in Jean Elsen sale 137 (Brussels, June 2018), where it sold for €140 (about US$195 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"FRANCE, Louis XVIII, seconde restauration (1815-1824), AR 1/4 franc, 1817Q, Perpignan. Gad-352. Rare. Très Beau. (kingdom of France, Louis XVIII, second restoration of 1815-24, silver quarter franc of 1817, Perpignan mint. Rare, very fine.)"
