This specimen was lot 841 in Jean Elsen sale 123 (Brussels, December 2014), where it sold for €800 (about US$1,163 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,
"FRANCE, Napoléon Ier (1804-1814), AV 20 francs, 1809 K, Bordeaux. 3614 p. frappées. Gad-1025. Très Rare. Petits coups. presque Très Beau. (France, Napoleon I (1804-14) gold twenty francs of 1809, Bordeaux mint, 3614 pieces struck, very rare, light nicks, about very fine.)"
