This specimen was lot 29034 in Heritage sale 3064 (Chicago, April 2018), where it sold for $2,040. The catalog description[1] noted, "Unlisted Date-Mint Combination. Louis XV 2 Sols (Sous Marqué) 1741-S MS62 NGC, Reims mint, KM 500.19, Vlack-UNL. This date and mint combination is unlisted in both KM and Vlack. Iridescent gold, rose and blue, without significant defects. From the Doug Robins Collection of Canadian Tokens."

Gad-281: 2.18 g, .250 fine silver, 22 mm diameter, plain edge, designed by J. C. Roettiers, struck 1738-69. Dr/4 no. 859, Dr/2 no. 595. 1741-S m. est. 63,200 (unpriced in Droulers, unlisted in Gadoury).
