This specimen was lot 538 in Jean Elsen sale 137 (Brussels, June 2018), where it sold for €90 (about US$125 including buyer's fees). The catalog description[1] noted,

"VLAANDEREN, Graafschap, Philips II (1555-1598), AR tiende Philipsdaalder, 1562, Brugge. Vz/ Geharnast bb. r. Kz/ Gekroond vuurijzer op een stokkenkruis. Onderaan het juweel van het Gulden Vlies. G.H. 213-7b; Haeck 666. 3,33 g Zeldzaam. Zeer Fraai. (county of Flanders, Philip II, 1555-98, silver tenth daalder of 1562, Bruges mint. Obverse: armored bust right; reverse: crowned jewel over a Burgundian cross, below the jewel of the Order of the Golden Fleece. Scarce, very fine.)"
